Some of you may recognize “Health And Healing Energy” as the background music for our  Improve Health Meditation, which Kara customized for our project. We had Alpha Wave Binaural Beats added for that project, as well as two other specific healing frequencies. This product is the music only, with no additional frequency added.

Even though this is a non-frequency track – Kara still infuses her love and healing intention into every one of them. Watch the video sample a few times and I bet you find yourself feeling better.

Kara wrote this music specifically for a friend who was trying to recover after surgery and needed to get out and walk. Not knowing this, on hearing this music, we decided to create a walking meditation to encourage improved health! To us, that shows how well Kara’s intentions come through in her music.

The music builds and gives a sense of vitality.

You could just grab your headphones and play this music as you walk, either outside or on a treadmill. You will find time passes very quickly as you listen to this incredible music. It is actually difficult to stop pushing repeat on this track – however as it is music only, you can repeat it as often as you want!

At times when working through your issues with frequencies, you can hit overload! It is good to have a collection of non-frequency music so that you can continue to play beautiful music that will still inspire and uplift you.

You do not need headphones for this music, its just easier if you are walking.
