I have loved this music since the first time I heard it. We added frequency to it for those meditations. This is the music only, for your personal use, with no frequencies added.

I adore this beautiful track and Vicki says it is like honey for the ears! I find this music to be soothing, relaxing, comforting and unobtrusive. It is perfect for relaxing, letting go of stress and even tho its called morning gratitude, it would be great for playing as you drift off to sleep.
