First – choose the plain music you like us to add your customized frequency mix into. Then use the contact form to let me know what issues you are seeking to get through. You can either choose up to 3 frequencies for your own Custom Audio Healing Sessions, or I can choose them.

The sample on this page begins at 528Hz to relax and allow healing to begin, to let the energies of self love start to build. At first, this may simply be an awareness that you should treat yourself more gently. This track then fades out of 528Hz and into 136.1Hz for reconnecting with the self and becoming centred and balanced. After 20 minutes of each of those frequencies, it fades back into 528Hz to allow for healing of anything that was stirred up by the central frequency. This sample was cut at the crossover section between tones, so you can hear – the crossover is not noticeable.
